STRONG TRACK RECORD

TRAINING AT WORK IS BUILDING A STRONG TRACK RECORD

Through our training division, Training At Work, we now offer training at the client’s site or at our headquarters in Pasadena. We have been very busy building custom

design training programs for our clients. The courses are tailored to the needs of your organization and employees. Employers may pick from a range of training

curricula including, but not limited to: business software instruction (Microsoft Office Suite), social media, business communications, customer service, leadership, and

project/time management etc.

We recently received a testimonial, this one from the Assistance League of Pasadena, for the training we just provided to their clients:

“Women At Work recently did an educational program for Assistance League of Pasadena. Eight of our members participated in two,

four-hour sessions, at our Chapter Office. Suzanne Martin, the Women At Work instructor, brought the computers to us and the group

participated in an “Introduction To Computer” class. Members learned how to navigate the computer, use basic programs and surf the

web. Besides being a bonus for each participant, it was an extra plus for the organization. The more members feel comfortable using

computers, the faster we can expand our overall computer usage as an organization. Our hope is that the membership feels comfortable

with announcements via email, tracking service hours using Excel, writing committee reports in Word, and using the Internet to check the

data base of National Assistance League. Suzanne made these sessions educational as well as enjoyable. She patiently answered questions, focused on individual concerns, and

made everyone feel a bit more computer savvy. Our hope is to have her return for another session.”
